UK Sales Executive - Premium Spirits

As UK Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of growing their brands across the UK on-trade and off-trade (predominantly focusing on Scotland). From specialist whisky bars and cocktail venues to premium retailers, you’ll be opening new accounts, strengthening partnerships, and showcasing their portfolio through tastings, events, and training.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making connections, can spot opportunities, and takes pride in representing a portfolio that embodies transparency, accessibility, and authenticity.
What You’ll Do

Deliver and exceed sales targets across UK on-trade and off-trade customers.

Open new accounts with bars, retailers, and wholesalers, driving listings and visibility.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing trade partners.

Represent the brand at consumer and trade events across the UK (and internationally where required).

Lead tastings, sampling sessions, and training to turn staff and consumers into brand advocates.

Manage and grow a database of trade customers, reporting on activity and forward planning in line with KPIs.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and export teams to activate campaigns and achieve commercial goals.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in the spirits industry, ideally with Scotch whisky knowledge.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage trade and consumer audiences alike.

A professional, credible, and adaptable approach.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently.

Flexibility to travel throughout the UK (and occasionally abroad), including evenings and weekends.

Degree level education and a full UK driving licence are essential.
