We’re looking for a Head of Sales (UK) who’s got the connections, the hustle, and the strategic thinking to make waves across the On Trade, Off Trade, and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the sales strategy – from big-picture planning to on-the-ground execution.
- Secure listings fast with your black book of contacts across top bars, venues, wholesalers, and premium retailers.
- Grow the brand – drive visibility, plan activations, and bring the story of great tequila to life.
- Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with venues and distributors that share their passion for quality and craft.
- Be their voice in the trade – from tastings and staff training to events and festivals, you’ll represent the brand with flair and authority.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in premium spirits, wine, or drinks sales , and a proven track record of building brands from the ground up.
- A serious network in the UK On Trade and Off Trade (think influential bars, indie retailers, and specialist distributors).
- Strategic thinking paired with get-it-done energy, you know how to plan, pitch, and close.
- An entrepreneurial spirit – you thrive in fast-moving, independent environments.
- Real love for craft spirits, and a special place in your heart for tequila.
