A fast-growing, people-focused drinks business is searching for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to take charge of the North. This is a rare chance to step into a high-visibility leadership role where your impact will be felt across the whole on-trade channel.
You’ll lead a tight, talented team of two Key Account Managers while also owning key regional customers yourself. You’ll spend most of your time in-trade, becoming a familiar face across influential bars, groups and venues as you champion a standout, artisanal portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

Leading, developing and motivating a team of two KAMs, working alongside them rather than above them

Managing a broad account base across key IFT and regional groups

Driving distribution, visibility and activation across your area

Creating and executing smart journey plans with 20+ customer visits per week

Delivering commercial targets across a varied and exciting portfolio

Spotting new business opportunities and building partnerships with influential customers

Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply and Finance

Acting as a brand ambassador and champion for the portfolio in your region
What you’ll bring

Strong On-Trade experience, ideally both behind and in front of the bar

Established regional networks and a genuine passion for premium spirits

Creativity, commerciality and the confidence to influence customers

A hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up mentality and love for being in-trade

Ability to balance people leadership with account ownership

A valid UK driving licence and confidence using CRM systems
