Northern & Eastern Europe is a key strategic region for their continued growth. They’re now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen their commercial performance, elevate distributor capability and deliver exceptional brand execution across these highly competitive markets.
This is a senior regional role that combines strategic thinking, hands-on leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful commercial impact.
What You’ll Lead
Regional Strategy & Commercial Leadership
You’ll shape and execute commercial plans aligned with global objectives, delivering sales, profit and volume targets across Northern & Eastern Europe. You’ll influence pricing, promotions and trade investments to maximise performance, while identifying new growth opportunities across both established and developing markets.
Distributor & Customer Relationships
You’ll build high-impact relationships with distributors, key customers and partners across on-trade, off-trade and specialist retail. You’ll lead annual negotiations, review performance regularly and ensure outstanding execution in every market. Market visits will be a core part of building visibility and advocacy for the portfolio.
Cross-Functional Partnership
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial Finance to ensure plans are aligned, insight-driven and effectively delivered. Your market intelligence will help shape future innovations, planning cycles and long-term strategy.
Performance Management & Reporting
From forecasting and budgeting to P&L oversight and market share tracking, you’ll bring commercial discipline to every aspect of regional management. You’ll present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience
- Significant commercial experience in spirits, wine or premium beverages.
- Strong track record managing distributors and strategic customers across Northern & Eastern Europe.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with proven P&L management capability.
- In-depth understanding of route-to-market structures and regulatory frameworks across the region.
- Direct leadership experience.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a clear advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
Desirable
- Experience working with Scotch or premium/luxury spirits.
- Understanding of brand building and trade marketing execution.
- Degree education.
