Asia is a key strategic priority, and they're searching for a Regional Sales Director who can accelerate their performance, strengthen distributor capability, and drive commercially astute brand growth across this dynamic region.

What You’ll Lead
Commercial Strategy & Regional Growth
You will take ownership of the commercial agenda for Asia, shaping and delivering sales, profit and volume targets. You’ll develop regional strategies aligned to global goals, drive pricing and trade investment decisions, and identify new opportunities across both established and emerging markets.
Distributor & Customer Leadership
You’ll build strong, trusted partnerships with distributors, retailers and trade accounts across the region. You’ll negotiate annual agreements, ensure exceptional execution and champion their brands during market visits and customer engagements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial Finance, you’ll ensure that regional insights, plans and commercial activity are aligned, insight-driven and effectively executed. Your on-the-ground knowledge will shape innovation and long-term planning.
Team Leadership
You’ll mentor and develop one direct report who manages the North Asia markets from Taiwan. You’ll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and performance, ensuring the team delivers ambitious growth.
Performance Management & Reporting
You’ll bring commercial discipline to budgeting, forecasting and P&L management. You’ll track key metrics, assess risks and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience
- Significant commercial experience in spirits, wine or premium beverages.
- Strong track record managing distributors and key accounts across Asia.
- Excellent commercial acumen, P&L experience and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of route-to-market structures and regulatory environments.
- Direct people management experience.
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
Desirable
- Experience in Scotch, luxury spirits or prestige brand building.
- Familiarity with trade marketing and brand activation.
- Degree educated.
