They’re now looking for an Operations & Inventory Co-ordinator to become a key part of the engine room of the business.
The role
This is a hands-on, varied position sitting at the heart of operations. You’ll support everything from customer onboarding and sales administration to stock control and transactional finance, working closely with senior leadership and commercial teams.

What you’ll be doing
Operations & admin
- Being a first point of contact via phone and shared inboxes
- Supporting customer onboarding and day-to-day operational queries
- Managing office supplies, supplier orders and internal documentation
- Coordinating diaries and schedules for senior stakeholders
- Handling customer service requests across trade, online, bar and wholesale channels
Sales support
- Supporting the sales team with order processing and documentation
- Assisting trade and wholesale customers with operational requirements
- Keeping things moving smoothly from enquiry to fulfilment
Stock & inventory
- Posting and reconciling stock receipts, shipments and sales
- Maintaining accurate records for both cask whisky and bottled stock
- Tracking stock across bonded warehouses, duty-paid locations, bar, wholesale and online channels
- Making sure internal stock control processes are followed to the letter
Finance & transactional support
- Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Supporting reconciliations linked to stock movements and sales
- Assisting with internal controls and reporting requirements
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Experience or understanding of the alcoholic drinks sector
- Confidence working with both under bond and duty-paid stock
- Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised, communicative and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Nice to have
- A genuine interest in whisky or spirits
- Experience using Winehub, Xero and/or VCIS (Vision)
- Background in operations, inventory or finance support
