They’re looking for a National Account Executive (Off-Trade) to join their high-performing UK Sales Team and help drive growth across grocery, convenience, and wholesale.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll take the lead on managing and growing key off-trade accounts, supporting everything from listings and promotions to brand visibility and strategic planning.
You’ll be responsible for:

Managing direct customer relationships across convenience, regional wholesalers, and selected grocery accounts

Executing and optimising promotional plans using customer data and insight

Delivering compelling commercial proposals and negotiating new listings

Collaborating with supply chain, brand, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution

Using CRM systems, sales data, and customer portals to track and improve performance

Acting as a passionate brand ambassador across the trade
About You:
You’re a confident, data-savvy account executive or sales professional with a strong grasp of the off-trade landscape , especially in premium drinks or FMCG.
You bring:

Experience managing B2B retail accounts, ideally within spirits, wine, or FMCG

A commercial mindset and strong influencing/negotiation skills

An understanding of the shopper journey and retail promotional mechanics

A team-first attitude with cross-functional collaboration skills

A passion for premium brands, especially whisky and gin

Strong presentation skills and a keen eye for spotting new opportunities
Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in convenience, grocery, or regional wholesale channels

Are confident using CRM systems and retailer portals

Have a degree (preferred but not essential)
The Details:

Hybrid role (1 day per week in Central Belt Scotland HQ)
