As they continue to grow and expand their portfolio of award-winning spirits, they are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. Supporting the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will work across all brands within the portfolio.
You will be actively involved with their Social Media campaigns, New Product Development programme, company events and promotional merchandise. In a young and growing team, you will have the opportunity to shape your role as the company expands, contributing to the success of one of Scotland’s most promising new distilleries.
Digital
- Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Drive and manage social media engagement and customer engagement aligned with the brand and market
- Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content consistent with the Brand and Sales targets, short to long term.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy and ad campaign calendar to create and maintain loyal customer base
- Using SEO skills and knowledge, drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
- Update websites, company/brand presentations and other brand collateral logo
Content, Data and insights
- Lead the New Product Development (NPD) programme to establish the brands
- Analyse and report on all marketing analytics to inform future marketing activities
- Update websites, company/brand presentations and other brand collateral aligned with company strategy
- Write and proofread copy, including press releases and newsletters
- Assist with market research/competitor analysis
- Stock control of promotional materials and branded merchandise / Organise and plan production of marketing materials
Events and customers
- Sales support at promotional events/trade shows/exhibitions
- Promote and organise distillery visits and events
- Organise and distribute product samples
- Work with local community/ area to promote the brand, including working with local partners
