Key Account Manager – On Trade

A fast-growing, ambitious spirits business is searching for a Key Account Manager to join their Northern team. You’ll be the face of an exceptional artisanal portfolio across your region, spending 90% of your time visiting existing accounts, winning new ones and elevating brand presence.

What you’ll be doing

Managing 250–300 IFT and regional group accounts

Planning smart customer journeys with 24+ visits each week

Driving volume, distribution, visibility and activation across your area

Prospecting new business and working closely with RTMs to open new doors

Capturing customer activity through CRM systems

Executing trading agreements with key customers (“win with the winners”)

Representing an exciting premium portfolio across bars, venues and groups

Collaborating with Marketing, Finance and Supply to deliver joint plans

Thriving in a fast-paced environment with monthly and quarterly targets
What you’ll bring

Strong on-trade experience and great regional connections

Creativity in how you activate and grow accounts

Genuine passion for premium spirits and the ability to champion them

Confidence working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

A valid UK driving licence

A self-starter attitude and love for being out in the market
