As they expand globally, they’re looking for a highly skilled International Sales Manager to drive growth across key markets.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven International Sales Manager to lead and expand the brand's presence across the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and North America.
This contract role will focus on opening new distribution channels, building strong partner relationships, and driving sales in diverse, complex markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets in MEIA, APAC, and North America.

Identify, onboard, and manage distribution and retail partners aligned with the company's brand and values.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms to optimize revenue and brand positioning.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop regionally relevant campaigns and activations.

Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM records.

Represent the business at trade shows, tastings, and key events internationally.

Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our ethos in every interaction.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in premium spirits, wine, or related luxury goods.

Proven success managing sales and distribution across MEIA, APAC, and North America.

Strong existing network of distributors, importers, and key accounts in the target regions.

Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of building sustainable, profitable relationships.

Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to different regional markets.

Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage.
Contract Details:

6-month contract with possibility for extension or conversion to permanent role.
