About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia. This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on relationship building - you’ll work closely with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners to expand market share and strengthen brand presence globally.
You’ll lead a small but passionate team, developing innovative routes to market, building long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with brand and business objectives

Lead, coach, and inspire a growing international sales team

Manage key distributor and customer relationships, negotiating terms and driving performance

Identify new market opportunities and establish commercial partnerships in priority regions

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Production teams to align sales strategy with brand positioning and stock availability

Deliver annual revenue targets and manage budgets effectively

Represent the brand at international trade shows, whisky festivals, and key customer events
About You
You’re an entrepreneurial and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be just as comfortable presenting to board-level partners as you are visiting distributors in-market or talking whisky with bartenders and retailers.
