The Role
This is a senior leadership position combining strategic commercial ownership with brand vision. You will lead both sales and marketing functions, aligning teams behind a clear global strategy while delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Define and deliver the global sales strategy across key international markets.
- Lead distributor relationships and route-to-market planning.

Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Shape and deliver the global marketing vision across the portfolio.
- Oversee integrated brand campaigns across digital, experiential, trade, and PR.
- Lead innovation and product development collaboration.
- Ensure consistent storytelling that resonates with both trade and consumers.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Build strong alignment between brand and commercial execution.
- Foster a collaborative, ambitious, and accountable culture.
Strategic Growth
- Partner with leadership on long-term business planning.
- Represent the company at major industry events and key customer engagements.
