Key Responsibilities:
As European Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving their sales towards achieving and surpassing annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing and executing plans to expand their customer base, fostering strong and lasting relationships with both customers and consumers.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer / distributor and consumer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay informed about category-specific landscapes and trends
- Propose and deliver the yearly business plan for your region with support from distributors’
- Manage and monitor delivery of yearly business plans and budgets
- Work with marketing team & distributors to deliver great in market execution and brand building
- Monitor and analyze P&L for your region, managing risk and opportunities and course correcting to deliver or better budgets.
- Report on factors influencing tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts.
- Collaborate with strategic partners in the supply chain, building relationships and implementing best practices.
- Building close relationships with the production team
- Work collaboratively with customer service and production teams to enhance operational processes and overall business involvement.
The right person has:
- Integrity and a creative, self-motivated mindset with strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to identify biased or inaccurate data.
- Spatial reasoning skills beneficial for logistics, supply chain, production, and product considerations.
- Experience in managing customers and distributors to a senior level
- Proven experience in sales & meeting / exceeding targets.
- Previous experience of working with Premium brands
- Effective communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to drive strategic plans from conception to execution successfully.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate product/service distinctiveness and position against competitors.
