I'm looking for a highly creative Content and Social Media Manager to own the visual identity and social presence of two iconic Soho venues: a renowned whisky specialist and a lively cocktail and nightlife bar.

What You’ll Do
Create Premium Visual Content
- Shoot high-quality photo and video content across whisky, cocktails, nightlife, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Capture everything from bottle shots in our warehouse to cocktails being shaken at golden hour.
- Film and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Bring a polished, premium look to everything you produce.
Lead Content Strategy
- Build and manage a unified content calendar for both venues.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events, and brand storytelling moments.
- Organise and manage all visual assets.
- Ensure each venue has a clear, distinct, compelling social identity.
Own Social Media Across Two Brands
- Publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn where relevant.
- Respond to messages, nurture community engagement, and track conversations happening in real time.
- Analyse performance, spot trends, and adapt content to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Work closely with operations, bartenders, buyers, events teams, and retail staff to capture daily opportunities.

Who You Are
- A creative, proactive visual storyteller with a strong photography and videography portfolio.
- Confident shooting both in controlled environments and fast-paced, low-light bars.
- Very comfortable with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
- Experienced managing brand social accounts.
- Organised, detailed, fast-working, and great at balancing multiple creative priorities.
- Passionate about hospitality, culture, visuals, and bringing brand worlds to life.
- Enthusiastic about whisky or excited to learn quickly.
Bonus Skills
- Graphic design for menus, posters, and social templates.
- Hospitality content experience (cocktails, nightlife, events).
- Strong copywriting for captions and social storytelling.
