We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of commercially smart, insight-led activation plans. You’ll translate global brand platforms into powerful local strategies that connect with customers, boost sales, and build long-term brand equity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and deliver a dynamic annual Activation Calendar that aligns brand, commercial, and customer goals.
- Localise global brand plans to create market-relevant Playbooks that deliver impact in every channel.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Channel Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life that drive distribution, visibility, and engagement.
- Own and manage the regional BTL budget, ensuring smart, effective use of resources.
- Analyse performance and use insights to optimise future activity, ensuring agility and continuous improvement.
- Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, acting as guardian for tone, quality, and execution excellence.
About you:
- You’re a creative commercial thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- You love blending brand strategy with execution and can confidently switch from big-picture planning to on-the-ground delivery.
You’ll have:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or the drinks industry.
- Strong trade and channel marketing expertise, with a solid grasp of how to win in both on- and off-trade environments.
- Experience in e-commerce and digital activation (a plus!).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- A proactive, self-driven approach - comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
