Business Development Manager – London

London is one of the most exciting drinks markets in the world, and we’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected Business Development Manager to make this premium brand a fixture in the city’s most influential bars, hotels, and restaurants.
Their product is a distinctive, natural complement to whisky, loved by bartenders and appreciated by those who value craftsmanship and flavour. This role is about building our presence across London’s vibrant On Trade scene, from high-end cocktail bars to luxury whisky lounges.
What you’ll do:

Own and deliver a commercial growth plan for London.

Build and nurture relationships with top-tier venues, buyers, and influencers.

Drive rate of sale through brand activations, training, and education.

Negotiate listings and ensure strong visibility on menus and in serves.

Represent the brand at tastings, trade shows, and collaborative events.

Work closely with bar teams to integrate the brand into signature serves and cocktail menus.

Partner with leading bartenders and mixologists to create unique experiences and serves.

Organise and host immersive tasting sessions for trade and consumers.

Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns tailored to the London market.

Identify partnership opportunities with luxury hospitality groups, festivals, and private events.

Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.

Stay ahead of trends in the bar and whisky scenes, feeding insights back into strategy.
What you’ll bring:

2–3 years’ experience in On Trade sales, brand ambassadorship, or senior hospitality roles.

A strong network in London’s premium and cocktail-led venues.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Self-motivation, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for the drinks industry.
