Bottling & Production Coordinator
Location: Glasgow
32 hours per week (core hours Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm)
Help Turn Exceptional Scotch Whisky Casks into World-Class Bottles
We’re looking for a Bottling & Production Coordinator to help manage the journey from cask to finished bottle for a growing whisky business working with international clients.
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of the production process. You’ll oversee bottling projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is correct, every supplier is aligned, and every release meets the highest standards.
Working with contract bottlers, warehouses, designers and logistics partners, you’ll transform single casks into finished products ready for global markets.

What You'll Be Doing
Production Planning & Coordination
- Plan and manage bottling schedules aligned with release timelines
- Coordinate with contract bottlers and warehouse partners
- Track projects from cask ordering through to finished goods
- Ensure dry goods such as bottles, corks, labels and cartons are available and approved
- Maintain project timelines and manage multiple small-batch releases simultaneously
Cask & Liquid Management
- Maintain accurate records of cask inventory and sampling
- Coordinate sampling and quality checks
- Track ABV and outturn calculations
Packaging & Dry Goods
- Source and manage suppliers for bottles, closures, labels and packaging
- Approve artwork and packaging proofs with design teams
- Monitor stock levels and manage reorders
Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare bottling instructions and production sheets
- Ensure label compliance for Scotch whisky regulations
- Support export documentation and regulatory requirements
- Maintain batch records and traceability
Logistics & Inventory
- Coordinate movement of casks and finished goods
- Track inventory and availability for sales teams
- Support shipment planning and dispatch
Quality Assurance
- Conduct pre-bottling checks and approvals
- Monitor bottling runs for consistency and quality
- Investigate and resolve production discrepancies
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2+ years experience working with single cask whisky production
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple production timelines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory systems
Desirable
- Experience in whisky or spirits bottling
- Knowledge of excise procedures and export documentation
- Supplier management experience
- Understanding of label compliance and international markets
- Full UK driving licence
